Holiday Apartments

Our studio apartments are both ground level with independent entry doors, but part of the main house. They have been designed with the outdoor enthusiast in mind. There is plenty of inside secure storage space for outdoor equipment.

Each apartment is suitable for two people travelling independently or as a couple and are self-contained but they can be opened up via an adjoining room for those travelling in a small group.

Apartment 2 is slightly smaller, but benefits from a separate entry room and access to a private sunken patio. The well-equipped kitchen is of traditional brick-built Andalusian style, with plenty of work surface space, under counter fridge, microwave, electric kettle and hob....

About Moclin

Moclín has two centrally located bars which are open daily, serving food and tapas. The chiringuito summer bar is open weekends from Easter until autumn, opening every day during August. The village shop is open each morning and evening on weekdays. There is also a pharmacy in the village. Moclín bakery delivers daily at around 8:50am.

Moclín castle is open for tours at weekends. The church can also be visited.

Alcala la Real (25km) is a bustling rural town with independent shops, larger supermarket, bars and restaurants. Its castle is also well worth a visit. Tuesday morning is market day.

Granada city (40km) – 'the tapas capital' - is around 40 minutes drive away and a haven for tourists and shoppers. The famous Alhambra is very popular and you are advised to book tickets well in advance. Tickets for the Hammam Arab Baths can usually be booked a few days in advance. Other attractions include Granada Science Museum and the Albaicin. There is also a regular weekday bus service to Granada town centre.
